Numbers 12

Miriam & Aaron have challenged Moses' position as leader. Yet Moses doesn't retaliate. He prays for Miriam's healing & receives Aaron's apology. He choses to let the Lord deal with them.

Have we all been in the place of Miriam? 

Letting pride slip in & thinking that we deserve something that God hasn’t given us?

Have we all been in the place of Aaron?

Following the crowd & not thinking clearly? Acting on something because we have been influenced by our selfishness. Are we more concerned about being part of the group than standing for what is right? Do we sometimes fail because we don't understand the role God has given us?

Have we all been in the place of Moses?

Doing your best to follow the Lord with all your heart, maybe even being placed in a position of authority, then you are attacked? 

Attacked by people or attacked by those close to you?
