Acts 3

The lame man at the gate Beautiful was in expectation of money or maybe food.
But God wanted to do so much more. This man is now healed and walking.

The people Peter is preaching to had an expectation of their Messiah coming and establishing Israel in political and in military might.
But God wanted to do so much more.
Israel can now have the presence of God in them and with them.
This happens by their repentance and acceptance of the free gift Jesus offers.
